The Tax Department, published an announcement on June 16, 2020, informing that the deadline for submission of the tax return 2019 for:
(a) employees and pensioners (TD1) and (b) self-employed whose turnover do not exceed € 70,000 (TD1 self-employed), as well as the payment of the final tax due, is extended until October 30, 2020 at 23:59 (RAA 247/2020).
It should be noted that the obligation to submit a Tax Return (TD1) and (TD1) for the year 2019, arises ONLY when the Gross Annual Income exceeds € 19,500.
The Tax Returns will be available soon for electronic submission and TAXISnet users will receive a notification in their email (TAXISnet email address).
